I found this when going through some old emails. Good "food" for thought.

What you really need is...magnesium

And here are healthy foods that have it:
Raw nuts and seeds, legumes, fruits
Sweets
Chromium
Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, calves liver, chicken
