New Direction.....

CHICKEN CRANBERRY TRIANGLES  


1  cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
2 tablespoons coarse mustard
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup pine nuts
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 package puff pastry
egg
Kosher salt

Mix all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl except for puff pastry.  Lay out one sheet of puff pastry.  Cut into 9 squares. Place one Tablespoon filling in the middle and fold over to form a triangle.  Crimp edges with fork.  Brush with egg white.  Lightly sprinkle with Kosher salt if desired.  Bake at 400 for 12- 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown


Yield:  18 appetizers
